Each somatic coaching session is a journey of discovery to allow for deeper connection to your own body's wisdom. As a somatic guide, I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner and outer landscape of how your lived experiences, thoughts, emotions and actions are shaping your life. Through mind-body awareness, we can explore those patterns to gain insight and deeper self-awareness.
Sessions begin with a discussion to clarify your intention and assess what feels most supportive in the moment. Often, we start with a mindfulness practice or a body scan to acknowledge any physical sensations you maybe experiencing. Sessions vary depending on your needs,
