Terms and Conditions

How to Book
Book online, by email, phone or text.
Location and opening hours
My working hours may vary each week, my working calendar can be viewed when booking. I work from home where I have a therapy room. The address is Childs Ercall, Market Drayton TF9 2BP. You will receive the full address upon your secured booking.
Payment
Payment is made through my online booking system, or I accept bank transfer or cash on the day.
Initial Consultation
I am offering a free 30 minute zoom call for new clients, this is to give you an opportunity to ask any questions and to discuss what will be supportive for you in the session. On the booking page you will find this option and then you will be sent a link. The initial consultation can also be completed by phone if this is preferred. If this is the case, please contact me directly.
Please note* After you book your online consultation, you'll receive a consultation form via email that needs to be filled out and sent back before your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To honour both your time and mine, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows me to offer the space to another client in need and maintain the integrity of my schedule. If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice:
-
50% of the service fee will be charged.
-
Missed appointments: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
To support this policy, I may require a credit card on file for future bookings.
I understand that emergencies, illness, and inclement weather can arise unexpectedly. If you are experiencing a fever, infection, vomiting, or diarrhoea within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel your session, and you won't be charged. * If you have COVID-19 symptoms or flu like symptoms after you have booked, please cancel as soon as possible. Also, please let me know if you test positive for Covid within 7 days of your treatment. Your safety and wellbeing are paramount—please do not risk travel in unsafe conditions.
Late cancellations due to these circumstances will generally not incur a fee, though this is assessed case by case.
An email reminder is sent the day before as a courtesy but whether or not you receive it, you are still responsible for attending or cancelling your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged the cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee may be waived for other emergency circumstances, at the discretion of BODY WISDOM ALCHEMY.
Client and Practitioner Agreement
You will be asked to agree to this when you book online, or I will ask you to read it at your initial consultation.
I understand that the practitioner is providing holistic therapy services within their scope of practice. I therefore consent for my therapist to treat me with these holistic therapies for the purposes noted and agreed in the initial consultation.
I acknowledge that the practitioner is not a physician and does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder and that these treatments are not a substitute for a medical examination.
I understand that no guarantee has been provided to me as to the results of the treatment and that with any treatment there can be risks.
I understand that the practitioner must be fully aware of my existing medical conditions and that I am responsible for keeping the practitioner updated on any medical changes.
I have read the above information, noted consent and have had the opportunity to clarify any concerns.
You will be asked to consent to treatment and intend this consent to cover the treatment discussed with me. You will also be asked if you understand and agree with the Privacy Policy set out in the Privacy Policy document.
