HOLISITC MASSAGE THERAPY
I work with the flow of what your body is communicating
and your individual needs, whether that is reducing stress, easing tension or pain by supporting nervous regulation, and allowing the body to relax in a safe space through compassionate touch.

I am working with your energy field as well as your body to restore balance and regulation within the body's energy system. All is interconnected, the body responds to your energy field which interacts with the physical, mental and emotional body. I use my hands to sense and track blockages through applying gentle massage strokes, gentle holds (gently placing my hands on an area of your body that is holding tension) and working with acupressure points. As a holistic practitioner, my approach is intuitive as I work with your body's responses. This means that I am meeting your body through gentle awareness rather than through demand or force.
Through compassionate touch, I create a space for you to feel safe.
What to expect and Techniques used
You will be welcomed into a warm, therapeutic space with soft lighting, calming scents, and you'll have a massage table to lie on with the option of bolsters and a blanket for your comfort.
Clients undress to their comfort level and are properly covered by sheets and blankets during the entire session. I work with what feels safe and comfortable for you.
We will first discuss how you are feeling and have the opportunity to explore what will be supportive for your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. This helps me to better understand your needs and how to tailor the session to support your overall wellbeing.
Meeting together in the therapeutic space is a collaborative approach, and therefore I invite you to tell me how I can best support you. Each session is about attuning to your body and your needs through safety.
I may use a blend of techniques to create a personalised session that meets your individual needs to support deep relaxation and reconnection to your body. Together we will establish what you
